Shopclues Is Selling Duplicate Products

Hi,

I bought a wallet from shopclues which is Fake means Duplicate and not an original Tommy Hilfiger wallet.

My reasons to say so:

1) The quality of wallet and its box is real low.

2) No MRP printed anywhere.

3) I have been using Tommy Hilfiger wallet since last 6 years. And I know its quality.

I maled the above to shopclues support team and got this answer:

Thank you for contacting us with your request. However, we would like to inform you that the product which has been ordered by you is the same which has been delivered to you. Also the product is of standard quality. Therefore, we will not be able to fulfill your request.

Then I replied back:

Hi Upasana,

Could I know why am I denied the refund if I am giving you the valid reason for the same. Can you please tell me if shopclues sell duplicate products also. Online shopping is the place where we cant see the product physically and we trust on the site from where we are purchasing it. I have been a regular customer of ebay, snapdeal, indiatimes, fashionandyou, 99labels Jabong, Myntra, Yebhi and many more. Also had been regularly purchasing through Shopclues. This is the 1st time this kind of thing happening to me thats also with shopclues which I had trusted the most and liked most for the deals and best rates.

Please re-think on your decision. And let me know how would it be proved that the wallet sent by the merchant is not fake.

Again they didnt reply yo what I asked but replied the same thing which they had been replying in their earlier mail:

Merchant sales products through our website. They have sent you the same product you have ordered for. They will not accept the product now as it is not their mistake. Hence replacement or refund would not possible.

I am still awaiting for the answers to my questions.

And the above mail was last sent on 6th of Aug. But they didnt reply. I also mailed them the pics of the wallet and its box from all the angles.

But now there isnt any reply from them.

Please tell me what to do ADMIN??

but only selctive merchants sell fake

some mearchants are good

so buy only from good merchants of shopclues

How wud i know who is the reliable merchant??

see some of the previous reviews of that product or merchant

if you see some guys more than 2-3 are claiming it fake better avoid that product

you are right i bought one HP backpack for my hp laptop when it arrived to me i crosscheked with orgnl one (which one was provided to me with my laptop from hp) there was some differnce in the quality which you can judge only by matching with original one if you have any.

You all are correct. Shopclues.com is a worst e-commerce site. They are selling Fake, re-assembled, recycled and repaired products

They are selling JBL Wooden earphones just for 190/- Rs (http://www.shopclues...CFUQC4godNh8AEw)

and BEATS earphone (Original price~= 8000/- Rs) for just 349/- Rs (http://www.shopclues...5.html?filter=1)

I bought Wooden Jbl earphones from shopclues, believe me the earphone I bought from footpath for Rs 30/- Sounds good than this fake product
