As i tell u b4 dhamaal.com par recharge karne k liye netbanking se payment karne k baad merchant website par aate hi they show that this webpage is not available or uske baad refresh karo ya kuch bhi but recharge complete nahi hota orr transaction.ho jaati hai orr my account me order history me koi number show bhi nahi hota

Is bare me jab mene cuatomer care par baat ki to ve bole ki aap order no. De ya koi or proof but apke bank k referal no. Se ham kuch nahi bata sakte

Ab koi or proof mere pass hai hi nahi or na hi is condition me ho sakta hai

Or aaj fir se wahi sab mere sath dubara hua, transaction complete but recharge not

To aap bataye ki me kaise apna.money wapas paa sakta hu or aap meri kaise help kar sakte hai

Thanks for review, Send them screenshot of your bank account statement and ask for refund.

Once call your bank internet banking department & tell them about this. Tell them that the transaction was not successful, but amount deducted. They'll check it & revert to you. Once same thing happened for me in vodafone site. I've done in the same way & got the amount refunded.

In many cases amount get automatically refunded if sale wasn't captured..wait for few days also send email to them with screenshot.

Please let us know process for refund of Pepperfry Order. We lost our money as the order no. and AWB sent by them was fake.
