A new user,who doesnt know anything regarding this whole process and functioning and benifit of this site so the new users should be guided and navigated in a better way so the he could do well and in no time too

It would be better if any system like online live chat between the organisers(owners and staff) or members of this site who are online currently and newly registered members so that a great way of direct communicational resolving of their doubts and issues could be done
