Date: 02 Dec 2015 17:59you can transfer it in freecharge.Open freecharge in browser then put your correct mobile no. but put wrong operater detail then proceed to recharge and pay using oxi cash which you find in other payment option and then your recharge will failed and you will get your oxi cash in freechrge wallet.Follow this process in same freecharge account with different oxigen wallet account and also this balance is transferrable to bank via this trick.
