I have successfully collect coins, but when i click on redeem option and login through the hrewards.hungama.com/ it show  "Please enter valid email & password." i have called to customer care they told me server problem. Can any one help me with this issue? Thanks

recovery from hrewards.hungama shows enter valid email address, but when i enter the same email and pass in hungama.com, successfully login.

Try different browser.

Or clear the cache from the browser. It should work. Try logging in using a new email address.

Otherwise, just wait for customer service.

Redeemed Headphones just in 2 days.

 

I use this app with wifi and collected about 2500 coins in 2 days. The more songs you listen the more coins you earn. If you want to consume very less data in playing the songs, then from settings, just make the audio quality lower. Then the audio download will be fast and less data consuming because the songs will be played in about 32-64kbps bitrate which will reduce the song size in kbs. If you don’t want to listen the songs, then add any playlist having 20 or more songs and keep them playing and keep your volume down and do your work, the points will keep adding automatically for each song.

They Just want more traffic. Customer care worse coz i have already told that. They told me server down issue. Just read the review in playstore. they always reply that please mail us on [email protected]. I also have done this, but no reply. Btr dont increase traffic.

I order a headphone 6 days ago,yesterday i call c.care guy and they said call us on Thursday, Because there server down problem.I ask them that plz tell me one thing that "Hangama Send My Headphone or Not,They told me surely you get your headphone".
