keep telling them to hold vocher of that transaction   and hacker probly used kali remotely access virus that  kepp giving ur persnal data like mobile sms  and contact numbers to him    so u  should scan ur andriod also and remove all unnecessary files  best option is factory reset

Bro even no sms as well as mail came to me for both transactions and also no transaction id was generated only showing money debited to giftxoxo.com thats all i don't know what's the matter i told about this to mobikwik and paytm both they are saying that it was clearly a fraud but we cannot do anything as money was utilised and showing debited in our history we will reply you regarding this within 24-48 hours

Keep continuous pressure on them, by registering a case at akosha, consumer court, also try to file FIR for more gud response, keep reporting mobikwik and paytm continuously at FB and try contacting them too. if someone has cracked your password, than all efforts will go in vein..]] Same situation I faced couple of months ago..nothing happened. Customer cared said that transaction is done through your account...cant do anything...usually people keep similar passwords for all accounts...keep different password...little difficult password in wallet u keep money for future..
