Hi,Indiafreestuff members

I would like to share my experience with timtara website so that you can have a view of the services provided by them and do not fallprey of these lame people.Please check the series of emails I have to send them to get a orderof laptop battery to be processed, it took them a month to processshipment of a product. Really disappointed by their service. Please read from below.>

I agree with you. I had a bad experience with Timtara. Will not buy from them ever.

I had recently procured an inverter from Timtara and due to wrong specs quoted on the website, I had requested for cancellation. I had reached out to the service helpdesk and they said they cannot take this request. The Service desk directed me to the Procurement lead, who was literally not helpful. I could not connect to the helpdesk further.

I then reached out to the CCO, who indicated that they will cancel the order and later the shipment was made even though the order is canceled. I am not satisfied with the site and would recommend you not to buy from them anything. It is the worst customer experience ever.

Timtara is a FRAUD company. I am myself a victim of Timtara wherein I had used a coupon to buy a Kent Pearl Water Purifier worth Rs 16,000 for a good discount of Rs 3000. Seeing a good discount I got lured easily and fell into their trap :(These cheaters didn�t even bother to ship the product even after 21 days of placing the order or atleast keep the customers informed about the delay in shipment. Neither will they reply to your emails nor will anyone pickup the call of the customer care number. Anyways, Thank God, I was lucky enough to get my hard earned money back from them after writing at least 10 emails a day copying ceo, coo everytime.

if they are fraud than unhone tere paise return kyun kiye???????

Timtara director arrested

Two senior executives of an online shopping portal were arrested for cheating hundreds of customers of several lakhs of rupees by not delivering items ordered over the internet despite accepting payment, police said on Saturday.

Arindam Bose, 47, the director of online shopping portal ‘timtara.com’, and his associate Harish Ahluwalia, 35, were arrested from Noida’s Sector 63 on Friday.

The arrests came following investigations into over 200 complaints from all over the country, said SD Mishra, additional DCP (Economic Offences Wing).

“The victims claimed that they had paid money online through credit cards for various items such as mobile phones, cameras and pen drives. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups by customers, the goods never arrived at their addresses,” additional DCP Mishra said.
