I completely agree with these ratings because I had great shopping experience at Shoppers Stop. They have wide range of product category for selection back up with excellent delivery services. All these factors make online shopping a pleasant experience at their store.

and pepperfry refund policy is crap.

Yes pepperfry simply displays replacement in listing. They will not replace,but asks to return the product back and will refund. An if there is any working problem with product they will tell to get the product repaired and they will ask for receipt of repait.

But no one will give receipt for repairing product.

So in case of refund and replacement it is crap

Add http://www.maniacstore.com/ in ignore list. Very poor and weak customer service. Fake shipping details. Products are not value for money.
