Mobile lost, Please help!

Hello,

One of my friend's cell phone Redmi is lost. He has registered a complain in Police Station.

Is there any other way of finding, please suggest.

I recommend to use google android device manager. You can track the device and clear the data of the device visit: https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager and login with the email id used to register on that device. Hope this will help.

It is impossible to get back the phone. Gone is gone. What he needs to do is to stop all bank accounts transactions.

you can only force the police to find ur mobile back.. go to them every week and ask them politely as their SHO to intervene u wont get it in 3-4 months after it has been lost, as the thieve will not switch it on after 3-4 months u can go to commissioners office with an application for it and still policemen are not helping then file an RTI asking them what they have done till now to find your phone and take that rti reply to commissioners office and force him to take action against those policemen

Only police can find the phone as they have the authority to ask the operators to track imei which is the only way of finding the phone @hellrocker if ur phone has not been found yet that. Means either it's imei has been changed or it is still in inactive mode

Is the sim still open? If it is still open then the chance of getting the phone is high. Police can easily track the number. Also police can track the IMEI number.
