It Says on any merchant do a transaction and get Rs 50 cb

My Question is that can we use this payzapp card and do recharge through freecharge or any other And get Rs 50 cb Bcause Freecharge is  also a merchant transaction???? 

please clarify me on this???

  bhai agar apne 1947 me bhi banaya ho to bhi casback milega.

but first transact then u got cashback
