FLIPKART - Mixed Experience

Recently had a mixed shopping with FLIPKART. Ordered a Calculator on CoD Basis. It was delivered in time. Found it to be defective. So emailed FLIPKART CS about it, it was replaced within 4 Days - no questions asked. But alas the replacement was defective too, hence I demanded for Refund, and got the Refund in just 10 days - no questions askedAnd as a Gesture of Goodwill, they Credited my FLIPKART account with Rs. 57So who gained ?Me or FLIPKART ?Anybody with such an experience

Yes, i have a same experience with flipkart.com but let me tell these guys are genuine. If your talk about the buytheprice.com, i have ordered one item from them and paid to them through my debit card but after placing my order they haven't delivered my item in one week and when i called up they said the ordered item is out of stock... and ended up call by saying that they'll repay my amount in 5 to 7 days... So pathetic service... But also tell you i have come across one genuine and useful site related to home decor and lifestyle... i have ordered from www.kingschest.com and get it delivered with in one day and the wrapping was so good... I must say they are doing an awesome job... Also the quality and price on the website is very competitive...

(Time water site)i have one bad experience with flipkart.com . last week i ordered micromax mobile phone cash on delivery and they said ur order conform and it delivers 7 working days i am waiting for the product . since i havn,t receive my product and i called to costumer care and one of the care executive said ur order cancel and we are unable to process ur order..with out intimation they do any thing brothers . my suggestion dn,t go for flipkart.com

this stuff doesnot happened with you only , many guys like u tried to steal this deal. and this obiviuos when you are selling some stuff in ur shop and a bunch people comes to ur place ask the same stuff, what will you do..

you say its OOS, and you can save in your godown and after some time you sell @ hight price, this is human mentality and bussines tricks and they have issued some gvs to all members who doesnot got product...

acc to me FLIPKART IS THE BEST ONLINE SHOPPING PORTAL OF INDIA AND ONE REVIEW LIKE THIS ONE CANNOT HARM THEIR DIGNITY

i had a good experience with flipkart. i shop maximum things from flipkart. recently i bought mobile phone and i receive my product in 2 days. good shipping facility :)

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FLIPKART.I RECENTLY PLACED TWO ORDER GOT CANCELLED AFTER 10 TO 15 DAYS. IST ORDER WAS MOBILE THEY GAVE FALSE FEDX DOCKET NO.AFTER 5 DAYS WHEN I COMPLAINED FOR NOT RECEIVING THEN THEY GAVE ANOTHER BLUEDART DOCKET NO.AFTER ANOTHER 5 DAYS WHEN I CONACTED THERE C.C FOR NOT RECEIVING PRODUCT.THEY SAID MY AREA IS NOT SERIVICABLE BY COURIER.WHEREAS I HAD RECEIVED PRODUCT FROM OTHER ONLINE SITE BY BOTH FEDX & BLUEDART.THEN I HAD WRITTEN THIS ON THERE FACEBOOK WALL.THEY CONTACTED ME & I GAVE THEM ANOTHER ADRESS WHICH IS COVERED BY EKART LOGISTIC .EVEN AFTER THAT THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER.

MY 2ND ORDER FOR F&D 5.1 SPEAKER ALSO CANCELLED. SO TOTAL OF AROUND 18K THEY KEPT FOR 20DAYS.I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM FLIPKART.

I now have a completely changed view about FLIPKART now. They are simply the best. Their service is the best. Order the product & be rest assured that the product will reach you within the stipulated timing (sometimes even within 24 hours). Their packaging is also awesome. PLUS I get upto 5% Cashback

Flipkart is the best online shopping portal to buy anything. I had shop many items from it. And only once face problem of defective item. But they are very nice that they had refund my money back within 10 days. Its great exp. with them.
