I want to share my pathetic experience with tradus.com

I placed order of an OTG cable of Rs 3 ( with indiafreestuff.com )

For first 5 days i was not able to track order as it was showing that the order id is invalid . Then after 5 days i got the message on my mobile that my order is ready , hopefully I was able to track my order .

So I recieved the order but that too was defective i tried to contact the customer support through their website ( THEY ARE NOT HAVING NUMBERS ) .

I mailed them 4-5 times but no reply .

So overall my experience with tradus.com was pathetic .

But this doesn't mean that online shopping is not good at all i have ordered several products fron homeshop18 , flipkart and snapdeal . They gave me awesome customer experience ever .

Usually I order online as most of the products I buy are with great discount.We can easily being at home can check the prices with various sellers from various places,give you confidence that You are paying the right price for the product.I don't belive in buying offline for electronic products as different shops tell different prices and you will feel cheated after checking the price with the internet as for most of the electronic,competer accesories MRP is mere joke.A poen drive/Ram says mrp more than 5 times the original price you can buy for.My fav sites online are shopclues,snapdeal,flipkart,tradus.
