What happened to IFS

Hey admin and staff,

I am unable to tag anyone wht happened to IFS. Also let us know briefly what happened to IFS a week ago. Are our datas safe? Was it a DDOS attack or the website hijacked?

What actually happen, after our server start some import system file was corrupted. After this we couldn't access our server. We need to install kvm > reinstall os >restore site from backup.

All these process should take only few hours, but in our case our backup company did some huge mistake and didnt backup some important files which are must for restoring database.
