It's not any kind of bug. The website does not have SSL certification to process secure transactions, therefore the BROWSER shows that the website is insecure.

Another thing, the issue is that they are not able to initiate the transaction. So, no chances of getting recharge. Just wait till 12, maybe. It gets repaired.

I have already written to the support team about it. Waiting for a confirmation reply.
