Hey admin

A person cheated me

His name is Bhaskar Taneja

He contacted me saying he wanted to sell NIRM series of freecharge codes.

I told him dat i want only one he gave me one

Later on i asked him 20 more

He asked me to transfer the amount

When i was transferring the amount Paytm had a technical problem so double amount transferree 160+160

I immediately msgd him on fcbk that double amount is transferred so he should refund be rs.160

As he was ofline i called him up he said he doesn't hv the codes now and will give me when he has

I told him that i want now if he doesn't hv the codes then he has to refund me whole rs.320.

He said ok and told me that he will refund the amount in the evening as he didn't had the internet access

Later on he posted 40 codes in fcbk chat saying that these are the codes

I asked him that i don't want the codes and i want refund

But he hasn't refunded me a single penny and out of the 40 codes only 9 are unused rest are all used

He has blocked me on fcbk and blocked both my numbers

When i threatened him dat i will put his name on the cheater board he said ok but he'll not refund
